30-day returns

We accept eligible change-of-mind return requests made within 30 days after delivery. Before sending anything back, email sonnyaphrodite8643@outlook.com with the order number, product name, condition, and reason. We will confirm whether the request is approved and provide the correct return destination. Do not send merchandise to a business or correspondence address unless we confirm that address in writing.

Returned products must be new, unused, complete, undamaged, and in their original resalable packaging with labels and accessories. Personalised goods, perishable products, and hygiene-sealed products opened after delivery may be excluded from a voluntary change-of-mind return. Consumable products must remain factory sealed where safety or quality-control requirements apply.

Return shipping and fees

The customer is responsible for reasonable postage for a change-of-mind return and should use a trackable service. We do not charge a restocking fee. If we sent the wrong item or an item arrived defective, damaged, unsafe, expired, or materially not as described, contact us promptly with photographs; we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping and provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law.

Refunds

After an authorised return is received and inspected, an approved refund is normally issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Where permitted by law, a voluntary refund may be reduced for damage or handling beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect the product. Any lawful deduction will be explained before the refund is completed.

Exchanges and defective items

We do not guarantee a like-for-like exchange. For a defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item, we may offer a replacement, repair, price adjustment, or refund as appropriate under applicable law and product availability.
